Daily Vitamins Every Girl Should Take

Hi guys! Today, I wanted to share with you two daily vitamins that I’ve been taking for the past month. If you’re like me, you try your best to keep up with your health and fitness. While sometimes I fall off track, one of the most important things I’ve noticed that makes a difference in my health is taking daily vitamins.

The vitamins I take are by the brand, Olly, and they are both gummy vitamins. The first one I take daily is the Purely Probiotic. I’ve tried multiple probiotics over the past few months and this one is definitely my favorite. Probiotics support a healthy immune and digestive system. Over the past few months, I’ve struggled with acid reflux and I’ve noticed that taking probiotics really helps.

 

The second vitamin I take daily is also by Olly, and it’s called Flawless Complexion. As someone who struggles with problem skin, I am always willing to try new things to help get that flawless appearance. Olly’s Flawless Complexion contains a mix of antioxidants, minerals, and botanicals that work to fight free radicals and support a clear complexion. I’ve been taking this one for a few weeks now and have noticed a different in the clarity of my skin.
